I'm making my travel arrangements. When does this event begin and end?
Colloquium 2009 begins with dinner at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, and closes at noon on Sunday, March 1, after a one-hour panel discussion.
What if I have to cancel my registration and hotel reservation?
The hotel will cancel 72 hours in advance with no charge; if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, room and tax charges equivalent to one night's stay will be billed to your credit card.
Please note that a 5-percent processing fee will be imposed for cancellation and refund requests through Feb. 20, 2009. Refunds and cancellation requests received after that date will be reviewed case by case, based on circumstance and event viability. Please email Registration@colloquium.us.mensa.org regarding cancellations.
Can I get the special room rate for early arrivals or later departures?

Is this event taking place in Dunwoody or Atlanta?
Well, there's a good question. When the hotel was booked, Perimeter Center was part of Atlanta; since then, the suburb of Dunwoody has incorporated into its own city. Whatever you call the area, it's only 15 minutes (22 miles) northeast of downtown and is easily accessible by public transportion.
