Online registration is now closed.

If you're planning to attend and have not yet registered, you're welcome to register at the event. On-site registration opens at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27. Dinner is at 6 p.m., and the first session begins at 7:15 p.m.
  

The Mensa Foundation understands that, lately, folks are more concerned about weathering the economy than about the weather in general. Therefore, registration for Colloquium 2009 has been reset to these unprecedented low rates:

* Individuals who register at the $220 can bring a guest at no charge. This rate cannot be combined with any other rate.

Your Colloquium registration includes Friday dinner (unless attending on Saturday only) and Saturday lunch and dinner.

All current registrants may invite a previously unregistered guest to attend at no charge. Please contact Registration to provide name and contact information for your guest.

  
Cancellations and refunds
Please note that a 5-percent processing fee will be imposed for cancellation and refund requests through Feb. 20, 2009. Refunds and cancellation requests received after that date will be reviewed case by case, based on circumstance and event viability. Please email Registration@colloquium.us.mensa.org regarding cancellations.
